The update will be implemented between 19:00 (UK Time) and 21:00 (UK time) on Wednesday 22nd April 2026. We are updating Yealink CP965 and CP925 devices to firmware version 87, the firmware is being updated proactively to ensure compatibility with future stock. Upcoming devices may ship with firmware v87, which cannot be rolled back to the current release. Updating now prevents potential incompatibility issues and ensures seamless support. No manual intervention is needed if your devices are already registered with the HVS system. However, it is recommended to verify that your devices are connected to the network and properly registered.
